Crysteel Lo-Boy Hoist

The proven Lo-Boy hoist is engineered for easy installation, ease of operation, safety and long service life. Its low profile adds no body height, keeping the load low. The Lo-Boy is designed with a far-forward lift point, providing easier load elevation and greater stability.

Six models are available with 5-27 ton lifting capacity. All feature premium cylinders made from high-strength honed steel tubing and have chromed shafts, close-tolerance pistons and high-pressure seals. High-pressure hydraulics produce more power with less weight.

A power beyond port and reservoir mounted valve are additional features only found on Crysteel’s Lo-boy hoists. A 5-year warranty backs the durable Lo-Boy hoist.


Lo-Boy hoist mounts low, between the long beams and truck frame to keep full strength in hte underbody crossmembers.	Experience total control with Lo-Boy's built-in load check, voluminous flow characteristics and feather-touch metering control.	Crysteel cylinders are designed to last with chromed shafts, close-tolerance pistons and high pressure seals.

High pressure hydraulics deliver maximum efficiency with smaller pumps the weigh less and do more.	Crysteel's standard reservoir mounted valve provides efficiency and flexibity, electric pump packages are also available.

*Pressure relief not required on the down side, but highly recommended to limit pressure to 500-1000 PSI pressure.

WARRANTY
Dump body, hoist, and air cylinder to be covered for a period of 5 years. Warranty begins when the final customer puts our product into service. This warranty will cover the dump body, hoist, and air cylinder for defective material and/or workmanship at a rate of 100% for the first (3) years and at a rate of 50% for years 4 and 5.
