Strongco Income Fund Announces Sale of Aerial Lift Business

Strongco Income Fund (TSX:SQP.UN)(the "Fund") announced today that it has completed the sale of its Aerial Lift Rental operations in Ontario to Voisin's Equipment Rental Ltd. effective December 1, 2007. Voisin's Equipment Rental Ltd. has a management team with extensive experience in the aerial lift rental business.

Mr. Robin MacLean, President and CEO of Strongco, commented, "This sale completes Strongco's divestment from its rent to rent aerial lift business and furthers Strongco's strategic objective of continuing to focus on its core equipment distribution activities throughout Canada. This allows Strongco to redirect resources to our growing crane operations."
