The TSG-416 industrial engine from Ford Power Products is an ideal power source for aerial lifts and other lift equipment applications. The 1.6-liter, 4-cylinder engine can operate on gasoline, natural gas (NG) or liquefied petroleum gas (LP). The gasoline and LP configurations are emissions-certified by the EPA and CARB. Standard features of the 1.6-liter engine include: alternate fuel-ready valve train components for alternate fuel operation; closed-loop fuel control for improved emissions control on certified engines; next generation governing using the latest DC, stepper-motor technology for accurate speed control; single overhead camshaft featuring single, sleeve type, chain-driven camshaft with hydraulic tensioning system for reduced engine noise and friction; gasoline sequential port fuel injection controls fuel delivery at various engine speeds for increased performance and reduced emissions.
