Insulated articulated aerial lift

TIME Manufacturing Co. recently introduced the new Versalift VO-43-I insulated articulated aerial lift. This compact, articulated aerial lift has 47 feet 10 inches of working height while mounting on an 84-inch cab to axle chassis, which allows for easy maneuvering in tight places. The relatively inexpensive and fuel efficient 17,500 GVWR chassis also allows for lower acquisition and operating costs. Automatic platform leveling on the VO-43-I is achieved through a completely enclosed parallelogram system and a hydraulic cylinder rotates the platform through 90-degree travel with the rotation control located at the platform. The lower boom can articulate 115 degrees from horizontal to 25 degrees past vertical. The upper boom certified up to 46 kV and articulation ranges a total of 240 degrees relative to the lower boom. Turret rotation on the VO-43-I is continuous and unrestricted in either direction. Standard platform capacity is 350 pounds (136 kg), although higher capacities are available.
