New Personnel Join TEREX Utilities

In the last few months, TEREX Utilities has announced the recent addition of three new team players. LaFrank Newell has joined TEREX Utilities as the Vice President of Operations located in Watertown, South Dakota. LaFrank will be responsible for and will lead the following functions Assembly/Manufacturing, Installation, Engineering, and Materials Management. Don Wilhelm has joined TEREX Utilities as the Supply Chain Manager located in Watertown, South Dakota. Don will be responsible for and will lead the following functions: Supply Chain Integration, Supplier Relationships, Inventory Control and Materials Management. Finally, we are pleased to announce effective November 1, 2005 that George Ellis has joined TEREX Utilities as the Vice President/General Manager of the TEREX Utilities Group. George will be located in White House, Tennessee. He will be responsible for all aspects of the TEREX Utilities Group. We welcome all three gentleman to the TEREX Utilities group.
