The Morbark Model 2070XL Twister Chipper/Chip Box Combo Unit was designed to provide a heavy-duty, mid-range chipper that does not require a specially outfitted truck. The 2070XL Combo allows small business operators and municipalities to diversify their operations with lower initial investment. The turntable chipper, complete with a 180-degree rotation and 14 locking positions, allows brush to be fed from either side of the unit. The turntable is mounted on a ball-bearing turret for one-handed operation. The chip box is equipped with dual hydraulic lift cylinders outfitted with lock valves to provide operator safety. The hydraulic pump is self contained and operated electrically, eliminating the need to start the power unit when dumping is required. This machine also contains vents in the chip box to reduce dust blow-back, as well as rugged, dual latching doors to protect against bowing when the box is full.
